About

Welcome, rare human.

If you have arrived here, I doubt it was by coincidence. This space exists at the meeting point of many worlds: the personal and the collective, the grounded and the mystical, the scientific and the spiritual, the shadow and the light. It is a place where essays, metaphysical lessons and reflective explorations intertwine for those who sense there is more to life than what is visible.

For the purposes of this space, I go by Mystic Anomaly: a name that reflects both my connection to the unseen and my inability to fit neatly into any box. My work is equally shaped by academic study and lived experience, balancing structure with intuition, analysis with creativity. That blend is where the most meaningful insights emerge.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysical Science and am an ordained metaphysical minister and practitioner. I am also currently earning my Master’s in Metaphysical Science. My research examines the intersection of metaphysics, psychology and theoretical science, for example, exploring how sacred geometry aligns with quantum theory, how consciousness is both measurable and mysterious and how trauma, time and energy shape human experience. Each piece I write builds a bridge between intellect and intuition, evidence and experience.

Living the Work I Write

My perspective is not purely theoretical. I live with Retinitis Pigmentosa, a visual impairment that shapes the way I see the world both literally and metaphorically. I am also a survivor of Complex PTSD, navigate the cyclical storms of PMDD and have been in psychotherapy since 2023. These realities are part of my daily life and have deeply influenced the way I write, research and connect with others.

Living with these conditions has taught me the value of adaptation, intentionality and resilience. They have sharpened my capacity for empathy, expanded my understanding of the nervous system and reinforced my belief that mental health is inseparable from our spiritual and relational lives. My writing often reflects this integration, offering insights not only from research but from lived survival and growth.

The Mystical Side of My Work

Beyond academic research, my work moves deeply into the mystical dimensions of metaphysics, where study and practice merge, and where tradition shapes how I engage with the unseen. My spiritual path began in a Shakti temple, grounding me in a lineage that values discipline, reverence and direct experience over trends or diluted interpretation. The mystical and occult are not new to me; they have been woven into my life for many years, shaping my worldview and my work.

I am primarily clairaudient and clairsentient, receiving intuitive guidance through hearing subtle, non-physical impressions and sensing energetic shifts with precision. As an angelic–starseed soul hybrid, I draw upon both celestial and interdimensional awareness, integrating these perspectives into my teachings and guidance.

My practice includes the intentional use of crystals for energetic alignment, performing energy work to help others restore balance and assisting individuals in the awakening and integration of Kundalini energy. I also work with divination systems such as angel tarot, oracle cards and the Lenormand system, not as tools for fixed prediction, but as mirrors for self-awareness and choice-making. In addition, I transmit light codes from the Michaelic Order and the Sirian starseed collective which is symbolic and energetic transmissions that often speak directly to the soul’s deeper memory.

This mystical work is inseparable from my academic approach. Research provides the structure for intuitive insight, while spiritual practice brings depth and vitality to theoretical concepts. Together, they create a body of work that is grounded expansive and resonant for those seeking deeper understanding.

My Approach

Rather than treating mental health, spirituality and science as separate subjects, I see them as deeply interwoven. Mental health is shaped not only by biology but by the way we hold memory, process time, inhabit our bodies and interpret the world around us. Likewise, metaphysics is not only an abstract philosophy; it is embedded in the rhythms of nature, the cycles of our own bodies and the collective patterns we all contribute to.

I write for the thinkers, the feelers, the seekers and the ones who live with both shadow and starlight stitched into their skin. My work often explores the meeting point between non-linear time and trauma memory, the psychology of symbols, the anatomy of consciousness and the ways universal patterns echo in our lives.

Who I Am Beyond the Blog

I am an INFJ and a highly sensitive person; a paradox in motion. I am often described as soft yet self-possessed, warm yet boundaried, deeply nurturing yet protective of my solitude. My preferences lean toward depth over small talk, quiet over noise and meaningful connection over performance. My safe spaces are riversides, tree-lined paths, rainy afternoons and places where time seems to slow enough for thought to catch up with breath.

Outside of research and writing, I am drawn to space sci-fi, romantic comedies and stories that carry both heart and intellect. I am fascinated by music with emotional depth and atmospheric richness, by moments that feel timeless and by objects or places that seem to hold their own quiet magic.

Why This Space Exists

This blog began as a personal sanctuary; a place to integrate experiences, articulate questions and map the connections between mind, body and spirit. Over time, it has grown into a multi-layered platform where personal reflections, scholarly essays and mystical teachings share the same space. Some entries are vulnerable narratives, others are structured research papers and others still are practical guides for living with more awareness.

The purpose of this work is to make metaphysics both approachable and meaningful without sacrificing its depth. My goal is to create a space that feels like both a library and a fireside conversation, that is, a place to learn, reflect and remember that we are part of something far more intricate than we were taught to believe.

If you are still reading, there is a good chance something here resonates with you. Whether you come for the academic explorations, the mystical lessons or the way they merge into a single perspective, you are welcome. Take what speaks to you, leave what does not and know that this is a space built for minds and hearts like yours.
